Connecticut Film Center Facilities
CFC provides turnkey production facilities including production stage space, office space, set design space, wardrobe storage and more. Our goal is for producers to easily access the necessary production facilities in Connecticut that they will need to make their productions run as smoothly as possible. We take pride in the practicality and simplicity of our facilities, making them useful but not cost-prohibitive for production companies. CFC’s facilities include the following:
CFC Stamford
Connecticut’s closest sound stage to New York City. Located at 300 Stillwater Avenue, CFC—less than a mile from I-95, one mile from the train station and 25 miles from New York City. CFC-Stamford is a 155,000 sq ft building on eight acres. The available space includes:

CFC Norwalk
Located in historic downtown South Norwalk, a mile from I-95, and ten minutes from Stamford. The space includes:
